Terms and Conditions

1) Arrival on the course
You should aim to arrive at your course prior to its commencement. It is absolutely vital for you to attend the ‘Induction event’ on the first day of training as this gives you a chance to hear about our training philosophy and list of services we provide.

2) Attendance
Your Attendance on the course is mandatory and is recorded on a daily basis.
Absences may be authorised in case of special circumstances only. All such requests must be made by the delegate/client in writing.

3) What do we expect from our participants?

  • We expect you to arrive for the course prior to the commencement.
  • We expect you to report to us on the first day of the course (Induction day) at the prescribed time of 9.30 am.
  • We expect you to attend training regularly and punctually.
  • We expect you to be courteous and considerate towards your fellow colleagues as well as members of our staff.
  • We expect you to provide us with your feedback at the end of the course.
  • In the unlikely event of a complaint, we expect you to use prescribed complaint procedure’ so that a constructive and timely solution could be provided.(*Complaint form available on request*)

4) What can you expect from us!

Qualified and experienced trainers in a friendly and professional environment
HTC delegate bags, folders, writing pads, pens and USBs.
Digital version of relevant training material including recommended readings and related articles provided in USB.
Light refreshments twice a day and an Executive Lunch during the days of training. All courses include an Educational Visit. (* All course materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced*)

5) Substitutions-Client Organisations
If you are unable to attend a booked course, we will accept a substitute at any time without penalty. All cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the start of the course. Course fees will be carried forward to another course if required. No part of the course fee is refundable if a delegate fails to attend the course.
Tuition Fees paid are generally non-refundable, but are transferrable as mentioned above.

6) Accommodation
Accommodation is non-residential and is the responsibility of the participant. However, HTC can assist with arrangements for accommodation. Meals and travel are also the responsibility of the participant.

7) What the course fee covers (One week or Two week)

  • Training/training materials
  • Corporate Souvenirs such as HTC Bags, Pens and Jotters
  • An electronic device to be used as a training tool
  • Two coffee breaks and Executive Lunch on each of the training days
  • Educational Visit
